We take all reasonable efforts to ensure that the product information as detailed on the website is accurate, fair and current. This includes Specific Conditions relating to the product including but not limited to: related Terms and Conditions, estimated delivery dates and times, warranties and guarantees.

However, although we aim to keep the product information as up to date as possible, it may be the case that at the point that the order is placed, some element of the product information may not exactly reflect the details of the actual product:

- The actual price of the product can only be confirmed once the order has been accepted, according to our order acceptance policy 
- The product packaging may vary from the product images on the website 
- The weights and product dimensions given are approximate only 
- The key features and product attributes are based on information provided to us by the manufacturer and these may vary 
- Whilst we try to show the accurate colour of the product on the website, differences in computer screens and monitors may mean the actual colour of the product that you receive will differ from how you see it on the website. NB - Colour swatches on the product details page are used as functions to change product colours only and do not represent the actual or implied colour of the products. 
- The stock position of the product as shown on the website is a guide only and the available stock position will only be confirmed at the point that the order is accepted.

Product Pricing

 

Casabella is a multi channel retailer and operates a best practice pricing strategy that attempts to ensure the consistency of pricing between its various sales channels.

However, it may be the case that a product or promotion that is available in one sales channel is not available in all other sales channels.

Bulk pricing (where a product is offered at a lower unit price when purchased in volume) is available on certain products on both the website and through the telesales team but is not currently available through the stores or through the in store ordering facility.

Product Pricing on the website can be displayed including VAT. However, the full price of the order will include VAT plus any additional delivery and packaging costs, where applicable.

 

Purchase of Goods

 

Placing an order on the Casabella website does not constitute a contract between you and us. The order is only confirmed once we have notified you that the order has been invoiced and despatched.

For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract between you and Casabella , will be deemed to have been concluded in Cyprus. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, and you and Casabella Imports Ltd irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot Courts.

The order process is as follows:

• Goods that are stocked in our main warehouse are then collected by our selected carrier and sent for dispatch according to our Delivery Information.
• Goods that are being delivered directly from our suppliers (usually furniture or larger machines) can take a little longer to be shipped. You will be contacted by them directly to arrange delivery. Please see the Direct from Supplier section in the Delivery Options section above. 
• Clicking on the ‘I confirm my order’ button in the payment screen of the checkout process will submit the order for payment. 
• You may be required to enter some additional payment verification details from your credit card provider before the order is submitted to us. 
• Once you see the order confirmation page, you will then receive an email acknowledgement confirming the details of each product in your order. This is not a confirmation that the order has been accepted or processed. 
• Once the goods are picked and packed and ready for despatch, a contract between you and us is in place at this point.

If for any reason, there is a problem in processing the order then we will notify you via email or telephone of the circumstances of why it could not be fulfilled. This could be for one of the following reasons:

1. There was an error in how the product was described or priced on the website 
2. One of the products in the order is currently out of stock 
3. We are unable to take full payment for your order 
4. You did not fulfil your obligations as set out under these terms and conditions.

 

Cancelling your Order

 

Please see our Returns and Refunds policy on the circumstances as to how and when you can cancel your order.

Please note that when you agree to these website terms, you shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to our Returns and Refunds policy in its entirety.

 

Methods of Payment

 

At the present time, payment can be made using credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or through cash on delivery process.

Cheques are not acceptable as a payment method for orders taken on the website. Cheques are accepted for orders taken over the phone but the funds must have cleared before the order will be shipped. Your cheques should be made payable to Casabella Imports Ltd .

You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express etc). Secure servers offer Casabella customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet

All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. In addition we have additional Credit Card Fraud Prevention measures to protect you. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Casabella liable for any delay or non-delivery.

At Casabella we recognise how important it is to keep your personal information safe and secure. We have a dedicated Privacy Policy which explains what personal information we collect.

Please note that when you agree to these website terms, you shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy in its entirety. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.

Casabella shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders

If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. Delivery Information

Delivery & Pick-Up

  1.        Pick-up from CasaBella Store: FREE for customer collection regardless of the order’s value. Order processing time is 2 to 48 working hours depending on stock availability. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an SMS on your mobile. Your order will be held for 14 days. If in this time your order is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. 
  2.        Pick-up from ACS Courier Office: Select one of the ACS offices in your area. FREE for orders of €30 (incl. VAT) or more, if below this figure only €1 (incl. VAT) is applied to orders. Allow 1-2 working days for processing. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an SMS on your mobile.
  3.        Delivery to an address: Orders delivered to your home address or to an alternate delivery address are FREE of charge on orders of €30 (incl. VAT) or more. Below this figure, a charge of €5 (incl. VAT) is applied to orders. Usually we deliver in 1-3 working days. In cases of remote locations where home delivery cannot be carried out, you can choose one of the two pick-up options.

Because we know how important it is to get the supplies you need, we aim (but do not guarantee) to deliver all orders the next working day. Certain items such as furniture, home entertainment & appliances, office machine and deliveries to remote locations may take longer. Orders received by us before 5pm are normally delivered the next working day between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm. Orders placed after 5pm or on a Weekend or Public Holiday will not be delivered next working day. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses. We cannot provide you with any information on the exact time of delivery, as we do not know which route the driver will take. We can only say whether or not the order has been dispatched for delivery that day, or if there have been any problems. If you have not received your order by the morning of the day after the scheduled delivery date, then please contact us.


For products under the Technology category allow 2-7 working days for delivery.
For furniture orders the delivery time is between 2 and 5 weeks as some goods are delivered directly from the manufacturer. For this type of order, our customer support team will email you with an order confirmation. In addition, for furniture orders, you will be contacted approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. If a delivery date has been agreed but the delivery is not accepted on that date, a cancellation fee will apply. Please note that we are unable to deliver furniture outside Cyprus.

Our delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment. Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch. 
We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and we will keep you informed of the progress.
 

The goods delivered remain property of CasaBella Imports Ltd until complete payment of the invoice.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for international delivery via the website. To place an order for international delivery, please send an email with your request  to info@casabella.com.cy . Deliveries are charged based on weight and destination and can take between 3 and 15 working days. We will send you an email advising of the delivery costs before processing the order and any additional cost will be charged to your card/account, if applicable.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to return all products within 7 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from Casabella Store and if approved unilaterally by our company.
Also, the right to return all products within 14 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online shop.


If a product is opened/unopened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at CasaBella shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange.

In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at CasaBella shop within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

 In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

 

If a product is Faulty or not fully functioning

Return at CasaBella shop, along with the receipt of purchase and its original packing.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange or repair.

The product can be exchanged with the same product or other product of equivalent value.

If the product needs to be repaired we will inform you about the available options you have.

 

In any case we may request from the customer to allow a reasonable period of time for us to carry out any technical inspection to the product.

We will NOT charge you for inspection fees in any case.

 

For Technology products:

1) The product must be restored to factory settings and must have all personal data cleared, wiped, and deleted - Including but not limited to:
a. Any usernames or passwords or other security settings
b. Any software installed on the device which was not pre-installed from factory
c. Any personal documents, music, video, images, or other media files which were not present at point of sale
d. Any saved user data within internet browsers including but not limited to:
e. Automatic login information, email addresses, saved passwords, etc.
2) The product must be returned with all original packaging, including:
a. Any accessories included with the product such as power cables, USB cables, cases or covers, headphones, kettle leads, and any other accessory which was present in the product packaging at point of sale
b. Any and all user documentation such as instruction manuals, warranty leaflets, advertisement documents, license keys or keycards, and any other paperwork which was present within the product’s original packaging at point of sale.
3) The product(s) must be returned in full – if it has been purchased as part of a group, multi-buy, when bought with, or bundle offer – all products purchased as part of that individual product sale must be returned
a. For example, if a bundle of a Laptop, Laptop Bag, Mouse, Keyboard, and Software was sold – in order to be eligible for a refund in full, all components to that bundle must be returned simultaneously.
4) All the above criteria must be met in order for a refund to be issued.
5) Please be aware that we are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange the following products:
a. Products which have been personalised for you such as stationery, or gifts.
b. CD’s, DVD’s or Computer software which has been unsealed by you
c. Food and Drink or other perishable items (Due to health and safety regulations)

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Delivery Information

Delivery & Pick-Up

  1.        Pick-up from CasaBella Store: FREE for customer collection regardless of the order’s value. Order processing time is 2 to 48 working hours depending on stock availability. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an SMS on your mobile. Your order will be held for 14 days. If in this time your order is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. 
  2.        Pick-up from ACS Courier Office: Select one of the ACS offices in your area. FREE for orders of €30 (incl. VAT) or more, if below this figure only €1 (incl. VAT) is applied to orders. Allow 1-2 working days for processing. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an SMS on your mobile.
  3.        Delivery to an address: Orders delivered to your home address or to an alternate delivery address are FREE of charge on orders of €30 (incl. VAT) or more. Below this figure, a charge of €5 (incl. VAT) is applied to orders. Usually we deliver in 1-3 working days. In cases of remote locations where home delivery cannot be carried out, you can choose one of the two pick-up options.

Because we know how important it is to get the supplies you need, we aim (but do not guarantee) to deliver all orders the next working day. Certain items such as furniture, home entertainment & appliances, office machine and deliveries to remote locations may take longer. Orders received by us before 5pm are normally delivered the next working day between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm. Orders placed after 5pm or on a Weekend or Public Holiday will not be delivered next working day. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses. We cannot provide you with any information on the exact time of delivery, as we do not know which route the driver will take. We can only say whether or not the order has been dispatched for delivery that day, or if there have been any problems. If you have not received your order by the morning of the day after the scheduled delivery date, then please contact us.


For products under the Technology category allow 2-7 working days for delivery.
For furniture orders the delivery time is between 2 and 5 weeks as some goods are delivered directly from the manufacturer. For this type of order, our customer support team will email you with an order confirmation. In addition, for furniture orders, you will be contacted approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. If a delivery date has been agreed but the delivery is not accepted on that date, a cancellation fee will apply. Please note that we are unable to deliver furniture outside Cyprus.

Our delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment. Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch. 
We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and we will keep you informed of the progress.
 

The goods delivered remain property of CasaBella Imports Ltd until complete payment of the invoice.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for international delivery via the website. To place an order for international delivery, please send an email with your request  to info@casabella.com.cy . Deliveries are charged based on weight and destination and can take between 3 and 15 working days. We will send you an email advising of the delivery costs before processing the order and any additional cost will be charged to your card/account, if applicable.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to return all products within 7 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from Casabella Store and if approved unilaterally by our company.
Also, the right to return all products within 14 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online shop.


If a product is opened/unopened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at CasaBella shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange.

In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at CasaBella shop within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

 In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

 

If a product is Faulty or not fully functioning

Return at CasaBella shop, along with the receipt of purchase and its original packing.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange or repair.

The product can be exchanged with the same product or other product of equivalent value.

If the product needs to be repaired we will inform you about the available options you have.

 

In any case we may request from the customer to allow a reasonable period of time for us to carry out any technical inspection to the product.

We will NOT charge you for inspection fees in any case.

 

For Technology products:

1) The product must be restored to factory settings and must have all personal data cleared, wiped, and deleted - Including but not limited to:
a. Any usernames or passwords or other security settings
b. Any software installed on the device which was not pre-installed from factory
c. Any personal documents, music, video, images, or other media files which were not present at point of sale
d. Any saved user data within internet browsers including but not limited to:
e. Automatic login information, email addresses, saved passwords, etc.
2) The product must be returned with all original packaging, including:
a. Any accessories included with the product such as power cables, USB cables, cases or covers, headphones, kettle leads, and any other accessory which was present in the product packaging at point of sale
b. Any and all user documentation such as instruction manuals, warranty leaflets, advertisement documents, license keys or keycards, and any other paperwork which was present within the product’s original packaging at point of sale.
3) The product(s) must be returned in full – if it has been purchased as part of a group, multi-buy, when bought with, or bundle offer – all products purchased as part of that individual product sale must be returned
a. For example, if a bundle of a Laptop, Laptop Bag, Mouse, Keyboard, and Software was sold – in order to be eligible for a refund in full, all components to that bundle must be returned simultaneously.
4) All the above criteria must be met in order for a refund to be issued.
5) Please be aware that we are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange the following products:
a. Products which have been personalised for you such as stationery, or gifts.
b. CD’s, DVD’s or Computer software which has been unsealed by you
c. Food and Drink or other perishable items (Due to health and safety regulations)
